Profile Description & Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a minimum of 1
year of experience to join the BICAds team.
Key Responsibilities:
● Create engaging and visually appealing designs for digital and print media.
● Design social media posts, advertisements, banners, brochures, presentations, and
other marketing creatives.
● Develop creative concepts in line with brand guidelines and campaign requirements.
● Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to understand design
requirements.
● Make design modifications based on feedback and ensure timely delivery of
creatives.
● Maintain consistency in branding, typography, colors, and visual style across all
designs.
● Stay updated with the latest design trends and creative tools.
Skills Required:
● Strong knowledge of graphic design principles, typography, color theory, and
composition.
● Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.




● Knowledge of Canva and other design tools will be an added advantage.

● Creative thinking and a valuable eye for detail.
● Ability to understand briefs and convert ideas into visually appealing designs.
● Good time-management and multitasking skills.
● Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Mandatory Requirements:
● Minimum 1 year of relevant experience as a Graphic Designer.
● Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator.
● Strong portfolio showcasing previous graphic design work.
● Good communication and collaboration skills.
● Willingness to work on-site in Kondhwa, Pune.
