Principal Responsibilities

Provide sales, administrative and client-servicing support to PRMs.

Arrange client appointments and support portfolio growth objectives.

•
Handle routine client enquiries promptly, resolving them at first contact where possible.

•
Support financial reviews, product solutions, sales documentation, data input and reporting.

•
Manage the Premier desk when the PRM is unavailable and coordinate with relevant support teams.

•
Maintain accurate client records and ensure timely follow-up.

•
Assist with Premier events and escalate attrition risks, complaints and complex matters.

•
Follow HSBC policies, regulatory requirements and internal controls, including KYC, AML, sanctions, CDD and EDD requirements.
