Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Trainee in the Sales function. The trainee will support lead generation activities by identifying potential customers, qualifying prospects,



and maintaining accurate records in CRM tools. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, understanding customer needs, scheduling and attending virtual meetings or demos, and collaborating with the sales team to build and nurture a healthy pipeline. The role also involves responding to inquiries, providing transparent and courteous customer service, and sharing insights to refine sales strategies and outreach campaigns. The Business Development Trainee will work closely with cross-functional teams to align growth initiatives with Bhanzu’s mission and business objectives.
