• Assessments & Diagnosis: Conduct standardized tests, clinical observations, play-based evaluations, and parent interviews to identify communication, speech-sound, language, or swallowing delays.
• Treatment Planning: Develop and execute individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans tailored to each child's developmental and medical needs.
• Therapy Delivery: Provide one-on-one or small-group therapy sessions addressing articulation, receptive/expressive language, voice, stuttering/fluency, and pediatric feeding/dysphagia.
• AAC Implementation: Set up and manage Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) systems for children with severe expressive or developmental language disorders (e.g., Autism Spectrum Disorder).
• Family & Caregiver Education: Counsel and train parents and caregivers on home-based strategies, exercises, and techniques to support language growth outside the clinic.
• Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Coordinate care with pediatricians, occupational therapists, physical therapists, psychologists, and educators.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate, confidential, and compliant clinical records, progress notes, and insurance/billing documentation in a timely manner
