Essential Functions
• Develop and execute strategic account plans for assigned key hospitals and corporate accounts.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the assigned territory.
• Drive business growth by identifying new hospital opportunities and expanding existing business.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), Key Business Leaders (KBLs), hospital administrators, purchase teams, pharmacists, microbiologists, intensivists, infectious disease specialists, anaesthesiologists, and other stakeholders.
• Understand customer needs, competitor activities, and market dynamics to increase product adoption.
• Develop conversion strategies for new product introductions and institutional business.
• Manage large corporate accounts and monitor account performance to maximize business potential.
• Conduct regular account reviews and implement corrective actions wherever required.
• Build state-wise sales forecasts to achieve budgeted targets.




• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing customer concerns and improving service delivery.
• Promote Amneal's product differentiators to create robust brand recall.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and update the Must-See List (MSL) regularly.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Supply Chain, Commercial Excellence, Finance, and other internal stakeholders to execute business plans effectively.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and industry regulations while interacting with healthcare professionals and commercial entities.
