Food & Beverage Executive – Café Operations
Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Food & Beverage Executive to oversee daily café operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role combines operational management, team leadership, and quality assurance to maintain high standards across all café service touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management Oversee all aspects of café operations including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and quality control.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and operational protocols. Monitor daily sales performance and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets while controlling costs and minimizing waste.
Team Leadership Supervise and mentor café staff, including baristas, servers, and kitchen personnel. Develop staff schedules to ensure appropriate coverage during peak hours while managing labor costs. Conduct training sessions on customer service standards, product knowledge, and operational procedures. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
Customer Experience Maintain exceptional service standards and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally. Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance satisfaction. Ensure the café workplace is welcoming, clean, and aligned with brand standards.
