About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy HR Operations
qualified to manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities and serve as
the primary point of contact for all HR-related matters, excluding recruitment.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in HR operations, employee
engagement, compliance, HRMS platforms, and policy implementation while
demonstrating excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities

• Manage
the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmation,
employee movement, engagement, retention, and offboarding.

• Act
as the primary HR contact for employee queries, concerns, and grievance
handling.

• Drive
employee engagement initiatives and create a positive employee experience.

• Coordinate
and execute onboarding programs to ensure smooth employee integration.

• Support
Training & Development initiatives,



learning programs, and employee
growth interventions.

• Administer
and manage HRMS platforms, employee records, and HR databases.

• Handle
employee benefits administration and HR operations processes.

• Ensure
compliance with Indian labour laws, statutory requirements, and company
policies.

• Support
and coordinate the Performance Management System (PMS) process.

• Develop,
review, implement, and communicate HR policies, SOPs, and best practices.

• Generate
HR reports, dashboards, and MIS using Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
presentations for leadership reviews.

• Collaborate
with business stakeholders to address HR operational requirements
effectively.

• Drive
process improvements through technology adoption and automation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's
degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 5+
years of experience in HR Operations
