The Team:
Data Analytics & Transformation (DAT) brings together Data Engineering, Semantics, Data Science, Process Excellence and the Domain teams. Domain teams give each Celonis business function the analytics and strategic perspective it needs to make evidence-based decisions. They work with data on campaigns, pipeline, customers, product usage,



incidents and infrastructure. We're moving from descriptive reporting toward predictive, prescriptive and AI-augmented insight.

The Position:
This is a hands-on engineering role embedded in a business domain. You'll write clean SQL and Python, build models and data products, and work directly with the stakeholders you serve across Sales, Product, Engineering, Finance and Commercialization.

The Work You'll Do:

• Turn business questions into structured analyses and clear, actionable recommendations, with stories and visuals that non-experts can follow.

• Define and refine KPIs, and use statistical and predictive methods to spot trends, risks and opportunities early. Your methodology should hold up when challenged.

• Build automated dashboards and self-service data products that replace manual reporting.
