We Are Hiring | Senior Business Development Manager / Sales Head – Bangalore

We are looking for a result-oriented Senior Business Development Manager / Sales Head to lead enterprise sales and business development for the Bangalore region.

Key Responsibilities:-
• Own regional sales strategy, pipeline, revenue and profitability.
• Acquire new enterprise, government & PSU accounts and drive new-logo growth.
• Manage the complete sales cycle—from prospecting, discovery and solutioning to negotiation and closure.
• Build relationships with CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, IT & Procurement Heads.
• Drive cybersecurity product, solution and managed-services sales, including POCs, demos and technical evaluations.
• Manage RFP/RFI/RFQ opportunities and commercial proposals.
• Build strong relationships with OEMs, distributors, MSSPs, SIs and technology partners.
• Drive OEM deal registrations, joint account planning and GTM initiatives.
• Develop Bangalore as a strategic growth market through networking,



events, referrals and partnerships.
• Maintain accurate CRM, forecasts, pipeline health and sales reporting.

Essential Requirements:-
• 7+ years of B2B enterprise sales/business development experience, preferably in cybersecurity.
• Proven track record in enterprise new-logo acquisition and revenue generation.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions and services.
• Experience with cybersecurity OEMs, distributors, MSSPs or system integrators.
• Solid consultative selling, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to engage senior IT/security decision-makers and manage the complete sales lifecycle.
• Willingness to undertake client visits and regional travel.
