• Monitor network devices, servers, and applications using monitoring tools.

• Identify, log, and escalate network incidents and alerts.

• Assist in troubleshooting connectivity and network performance issues.

• Support incident management and ticket tracking processes.

• Maintain network documentation, reports, and operational logs.

• Perform routine health checks on network systems and infrastructure.

• Coordinate with technical teams for issue resolution.

• Learn and follow SOPs, escalation procedures, and operational guidelines.

Requirements
• Basic understanding of Networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Routing & Switching).

• Knowledge of computer hardware and operating systems.

• Familiarity with Windows and Linux environments.

• Valuable analytical and troubleshooting skills.

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts if required.
