Role Description
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Training Executive – Housekeeping to develop and deliver professional training programs for housekeeping staff at a prestigious university campus in Nashik.The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all housekeeping personnel are thoroughly trained in Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), cleanliness standards,



hygiene, safety, guest/student service, and campus housekeeping protocols.
Key Responsibilities• Conduct induction and refresher training for housekeeping staff.
• Develop and deliver training programs based on housekeeping SOPs and university standards.
• Train employees on cleaning procedures for classrooms, offices, hostels, washrooms, common areas, laboratories, and other campus facilities.
• Demonstrate correct usage of cleaning equipment, chemicals, tools, and PPE.
• Ensure adherence to hygiene, sanitation, safety, and infection-control practices.
