Overview

We are seeking a Senior Associate with experience in private equity fund accounting to support the review and delivery of financial statements, fund accounting records, and client reporting requirements. The role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial data, NAV calculations, valuations, and other fund accounting deliverables in accordance with client-specific requirements, fund governing documents, and applicable accounting standards. The successful candidate will possess a robust understanding of fund accounting principles, financial reporting, and review processes, while contributing to operational excellence, stakeholder engagement, and the consistent delivery of high-quality client service.

Key Accountabilities and main responsibilities

Strategic Focus

• Support leadership in the implementation and execution of accounting review standards, controls, and best practices to enhance the quality and consistency of fund accounting deliverables.

• Identify and assess operational risks, cost-efficiency opportunities,



and process improvement initiatives to support effective service delivery and operational excellence.

• Lead the preparation of fund accounting activities, financial statements, NAVs, and client reporting deliverables to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with client requirements and accounting standards.

• Support the management of complex fund structures, transactions, and reporting requirements by applying technical expertise and sound professional judgment.

• Provide oversight of key fund accounting and investor-related activities, ensuring timely execution and adherence to established controls and procedures.

• Prepare and validate management fee calculations, carried interest allocations, and other complex fund accounting activities to ensure accuracy and compliance with governing agreements.
