ROLE:



Responsible for the design, integration, testing and commissioning of electrical and control systems for defence systems, automated target mechanisms and associated equipment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Design electrical systems, SLDs, wiring/control schematics, cable schedules and control panels.
• Perform load, cable-sizing, voltage-drop and power-system calculations and select appropriate electrical components.
• Develop and troubleshoot PLC-based automation systems, including I/O, motor drives, relays and contactors.
• Integrate motors, actuators, sensors, encoders, limit switches and solenoids.
• Interface PLCs with HMI, PC, microcontrollers and industrial communication systems.
• Work with Modbus, RS-485, CAN and Ethernet communication protocols.
• Design 24 V DC control systems, power distribution, UPS/battery and protection circuits.
