Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives within the IT Services sector, specifically focusing on the Financial Services and regulated industries. This pivotal role demands a professional who can bridge the gap between complex technical architectures and business objectives, ensuring the successful delivery of high-stakes products. Responsibilities

• Direct the full lifecycle of technical projects within regulated financial environments, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.

• Act as a Product Owner or Product Manager to define roadmaps, prioritize backlogs, and translate stakeholder needs into actionable technical specifications.





• Oversee the implementation of version control systems like Git and GitHub to maintain code integrity and streamline collaboration among development teams.

• Utilize SQL and NoSQL databases to analyze data trends, support decision-making, and ensure data integrity across project deliverables.

• Implement and monitor robust observability and monitoring frameworks to proactively identify system issues and maintain high availability.

• Apply SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) principles to coordinate efforts across multiple teams and ensure scalable, efficient delivery processes.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Scrum and Kanban workflows, to optimize team velocity and remove impediments.

• Manage project documentation, timelines, and resource allocation using Jira and Confluence to ensure transparency and accountability.
