• Owner of Category P&L; - Category Growth Levers & Market Understanding

• Have a thorough understanding of the industry, category, brand & retail objectives, online & offline competition, trends/events, competition, vendors with a strong understanding of growth levers

• Robust focus on customer needs, both existing and potential, and use that knowledge to deliver a customer experience that is unparalleled
