THE KIND OF WORK YOU'LL SHAPE

You'll be building brands in culture, work that moves across digital, on ground activations, creators, content and campaigns.
But this role goes beyond delivering briefs. You'll be a business partner to the brands you work with, understanding what they're trying to solve and bringing together the right people, capabilities and ideas to get them there.
Less about managing scope, more about understanding where the brand needs to go next, and helping it get there.

THE ROLE
As Account Director, you'll own a set of accounts end to end. Your job is to understand the brand, its business,



category and ambitions deeply enough to spot problems and opportunities, and turn those into solutions.
You'll connect strategy, creative, production, creators and distribution into work that moves the brand and its business forward.
At Kulfi, success on an account means two things: meeting the client's business and brand outcomes, and running a healthy account here, strong relationships, high performing teams, operational rigour, sustainable growth and a healthy P&L.;
You'll need to be equally comfortable with people, ideas and numbers.
