Role OverviewWe are looking for a Partnership Manager who will be responsible for identifying and onboarding potential international employers and building long-term partnerships with them.
The person will independently reach out to companies, understand their hiring requirements, negotiate partnership terms, and drive MoU/partnership agreements on behalf of Next Nation.
Key Responsibilities• Identify and build a pipeline of potential employer partners across international markets.
• Reach out to companies through LinkedIn, email, calls, networking, industry events, and other channels.
• Connect with HR teams, recruiters, hiring managers, business owners, and decision-makers.
• Understand employer manpower requirements, job profiles, qualifications, salary expectations, and hiring timelines.




• Present Next Nation's talent mobility and recruitment solutions to prospective employers.
• Negotiate commercial and partnership terms with employers.
• Coordinate the complete MoU / partnership agreement process from initial discussion to signing.
• Maintain solid relationships with existing employer partners and identify opportunities for repeat hiring.
• Coordinate with internal recruitment, operations, language training, and candidate teams to fulfil employer requirements.
• Maintain an updated CRM/pipeline of prospects, meetings, negotiations, and signed partnerships.
• Regularly report partnership pipeline, conversion, employer requirements, and hiring status to management.
• Represent Next Nation in employer meetings, conferences, networking events, and industry forums.
• Develop strategic partnerships with hospitals, healthcare providers, companies, recruitment agencies, and other potential employer
