About the RoleWe are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who can plan, execute, optimize and scale paid digital campaigns for healthcare brands, hospitals, clinics, doctors and healthcare businesses.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, TikTok Ads, GPT Ads, Meta Ads, lead generation, conversion optimization and performance analytics, with a clear understanding that the objective is not just generating leads but driving qualified leads, appointments and business growth.
Key Responsibilities• Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, TikTok Ads, GPT Ads, Meta Ads and other relevant platforms.
• Manage campaigns for hospitals, clinics, doctors, healthcare brands and medical businesses across multiple cities/regions.
• Develop campaign strategies based on business objectives, target audience, geography, service line and budget.
• Perform keyword research, audience research,



competitor analysis and campaign planning.
• Create and manage Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube and Meta lead-generation/conversion campaigns.
• Optimize campaigns for CPL, lead quality, conversion rate, appointment bookings and overall ROI/ROAS.
• Continuously monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for scaling.
• Conduct A/B testing for creatives, ad copies, landing pages, audiences and campaign structures.
• Work closely with the creative, content, SEO and strategy teams to develop high-performing campaigns.
• Analyze lead quality and conversion data in coordination with the sales/client teams.
• Set up and monitor conversion tracking, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel/CAPI and other relevant tracking systems.
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Manage campaign budgets efficiently and ensure effective allocation across campaigns, platforms
