We are looking for a Technical Publication Engineer to manage, validate, develop, and publish technical documentation for global software products.
The role covers the end-to-end publication lifecycle, including source-file management, localization readiness, documentation development, technical QA, defect resolution, and publishing. The ideal candidate should have experience with structured documentation, XML/Markdown, version control, localization workflows, and documentation QA.
The role involves close collaboration with technical writers, localization teams, project managers, and client stakeholders to deliver accurate, consistent,



and publication-ready content.Technical Documentation & Source Management
• Retrieve, validate, and manage the correct and latest source files, assets, and documentation versions.
• Analyse source content to determine translation/localization scope and prepare files for localization.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation using XML, Markdown, HTML, JSON, and other formats.
• Validate document structure, metadata, links, references, and content integrity.
• Manage version-controlled and single-source documentation and generate multiple publication outputs.

Localization & Quality Assurance
• Validate source and translated files for structure, content, formatting, functionality, and localization readiness.
• Perform technical, functional, and visual QA of documentation and published outputs.
• Identify and resolve issues related to content, formatting, links, XML/Markdown, metadata, images, fonts, encoding,
