We are looking for a Associate Director - Account Management with 7+ years of experience across Digital Marketing, Integrated Media, Account Management, Client Servicing, Campaign Strategy, and Performance Marketing.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic client leader who can connect business objectives with integrated digital and media solutions, lead high-value client relationships, drive campaign effectiveness, and build long-term account growth.

The role will involve end-to-end ownership of key accounts - from understanding the client's business and defining communication objectives to developing integrated strategies, guiding media and campaign execution, evaluating performance, presenting business insights, and identifying opportunities for account growth.

The candidate will work closely with Media, Performance Marketing, Creative, Strategy, Analytics, Content, and other specialist teams, ensuring that all capabilities come together to deliver cohesive, insight-led, and measurable solutions for clients.
