Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Welder to join our manufacturing team at Sri City. The candidate will be responsible for carrying out welding and fabrication activities as per engineering drawings, specifications and quality standards while ensuring safe and efficient production.

Key Responsibilities

Perform MIG / MAG / ARC / TIG welding as required.
Read and understand basic engineering drawings, welding symbols and work instructions.
Prepare, align, fit and clamp metal components before welding.
Set and operate welding machines with appropriate current, voltage, wire/electrode and gas settings.
Weld MS / SS and other metal components according to job requirements.
Inspect weld joints for penetration, strength, finish and defects.
Identify and rectify common welding defects such as porosity, cracks, undercut and excess spatter.
Perform grinding, cutting, cleaning and weld finishing wherever required.
Maintain welding machines, tools, fixtures and equipment in positive working condition.




Achieve daily production targets while maintaining required quality standards.
Follow PPE, safety procedures, 5S and housekeeping standards.
Coordinate with Production, Quality and Maintenance teams to resolve welding-related issues.
Minimize rework, rejection and material wastage.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience in MIG/MAG or ARC welding.
TIG welding experience will be an added advantage.
Ability to read basic fabrication/engineering drawings.
Knowledge of welding machines, electrodes, wires and shielding gases.
Basic knowledge of weld inspection and defect identification.
Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a production/manufacturing environment.
Willingness to work in shifts.

Preferred Candidate Profile

ITI Welder with 2 5 years of relevant manufacturing experience.
Candidates from automotive, auto-component, engineering, fabrication or heavy manufacturing industries preferred.
Experience with production welding and fixtures/jigs preferred.
Candidates from Sri City / Tada / Sullurupeta / Nellore / Chennai can be considered.
