We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Field Recruiter to source and recruit candidates for various job openings. The candidate will be responsible for field-level candidate sourcing, screening, and coordinating the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
1. Visit local areas, markets, colleges, and other suitable locations to source candidates.
2. Generate candidates through field recruitment, references, job portals, and local networks.
3. Explain job roles, salary, working hours, and company benefits to candidates.
4. Screen candidates based on job requirements.
5. Coordinate candidate interviews and joining formalities.
6. Maintain daily recruitment and candidate follow-up records.
7. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly recruitment targets.
8. Build a strong local candidate network for future hiring.
9. Coordinate with the HR/recruitment team regarding vacancies and joining status.
10.
Ensure candidates complete required documentation before joining.
Required Skills
1. Good communication and convincing skills.
2. Comfortable with field work and local travel.
3. Target-oriented and self-motivated.
4. Basic knowledge of recruitment and candidate sourcing.
5. Ability to communicate with candidates from different backgrounds.
6. Basic smartphone and WhatsApp skills.
7. Local area knowledge will be an advantage.
Eligibility
1. Education: 12th Pass / Graduate
2. Experience: Freshers can apply; recruitment experience preferred.
3. Age: As per company norms.
