Role Summary

The Graphic Designer is a multidisciplinary creative role responsible for developing high-quality visual assets across all Enerpac Tool Group brands. This role combines 3D, motion, and graphic design to transform technical concepts, engineering data, and product applications into clear, engaging visual content. Working closely with the creative team, and the wider marketing communications and marketing teams, the Graphic Designer delivers simulations, renders, and marketing materials from concept through to execution. The role requires solid ownership of delivery, clear accountability for timelines and quality, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, while collaborating effectively across teams and adapting quickly to changing priorities. All outputs must reflect Enerpac Tool Group’s commitment to safety, integrity, and excellence in every detail.

Job Duties And Responsibilities

- Develop high-quality visual assets across all Enerpac Tool Group brands, including 3D simulations, renders, video, print and other graphic design outputs for campaigns, product launches, and commercial initiatives as directed.
- Translate technical drawings, engineering data, and product applications into clear, accurate, and engaging visual content for both internal and external audiences
- Deliver work from concept through to execution, ensuring alignment with the brief, defined outputs, and agreed timelines before commencing production
- Maintain full ownership of assigned projects, proactively managing scope, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes
- Identify and communicate risks, constraints, and dependencies early, and propose alternative solutions that meet the objective when original requirements are not achievable
- Maintain accurate,



real-time project updates in Trello (and other reporting formats as needed by the business), ensuring all tasks, progress, risks, and changes in scope reflect the current status of the project
- Ensure all working files, assets, and outputs are structured, accessible, and available to the wider team to enable collaboration and continuity
- Work closely with the creative team, and the wider marketing communications and marketing teams, as well as engineering teams, to ensure outputs are aligned, technically accurate, and commercially effective
- Contribute to creative development through ideation, research, and continuous improvement of visual standards and approaches
- Ensure all outputs meet brand guidelines, quality expectations, and support global campaigns and commercial objectives
- Deliver work to agreed deadlines, maintaining a high standard of quality while balancing speed and efficiency
- Support the adaptation and localisation of content, including translations across required business languages
- Attend, participate in, and lead meetings as required by the business to ensure alignment, clarity, and progress on deliverables
- Follow all company policies, processes, and HSSEQ requirements, ensuring safety is reflected in all outputs and always acting as a professional representative of Enerpac Tool Group

- Strong capability across 3D, motion, and graphic design, with the ability to produce high-quality outputs across multiple formats
- Ability to interpret and simplify complex technical information into clear, engaging visual content

- High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand and technical requirements

marketing, and engineering stakeholders
- Adaptability and agility, responding effectively to changing priorities, feedback, and project requirements
- Strong technical mindset with an interest in how products, systems, and applications function

Education And Experience

Education Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Proven experience in a graphic design role, with exposure to 3D, motion, or technical visualisation work
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality work across digital, print, and motion/3D outputs
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with working knowledge of tools such as Blender, CAD software, or similar 3D platforms
- Experience working with technical or engineering-based content is advantageous
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Trello or similar systems
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects from concept through to delivery, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards
