Sourcing & Pipeline Building: Proactively source technical candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, developer communities (e.g., GitHub, Stack Overflow), and referral networks.
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including initial screening, interview scheduling, offer negotiation, and candidate onboarding.
Technical Screening: Review resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
Applicant Tracking: Maintain accurate candidate data and hiring metrics within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Employer Branding: Represent the company professionally at virtual/in-person career fairs and engage with tech communities to strengthen employer brand presence.
