Key Roles & Responsibilities
- · Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of corporate clients.
- · Drive new business, renewals, retention and cross-sell opportunities.
- · Build strong relationships with corporate decision-makers and intermediaries.
- · Understand client requirements and coordinate customized insurance solutions.
- · Work closely with underwriting, service and claims teams to ensure seamless client delivery.
- · Deliver revenue, retention and profitability targets while maintaining portfolio quality.
Key Requirements–Education & Certification
- · Graduate / Postgraduate from a recognized institute; MBA/PGDM preferred
Key Requirements – Experience & Skills
- · 6–10 years of experience in Corporate Insurance/B2B Sales/Relationship Management.
- · Strong corporate relationship and portfolio management capabilities.
- · Positive understanding of commercial insurance products.
- · Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
