? Salary• Freshers: Up to ₹30,000 CTC
• Experienced: Up to ₹34,000 CTC

? Eligibility Criteria• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Graduate / Undergraduate candidates are eligible.
• For experienced candidates, minimum 6 months of BPO/Customer Support experience is preferred.
• Experience in International Voice, Hospitality, E-commerce, or Customer Support will be an advantage.
• Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
• Candidates must be comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
• C1-level US Voice Versant proficiency is required.

? Key Responsibilities• Handle customer queries through voice and non-voice channels.




• Provide skilled and accurate resolutions to customer concerns.
• Maintain high standards of customer service.
• Follow process guidelines and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.

? Working Days & Shifts• 5.5 Days Working
• Rotational Shifts & Rotational Week Offs

? Cab Facility• Females: One-sided cab facility during applicable odd-hour shifts.
• Males: ₹180 cab allowance per eligible night shift.
