We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)
As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring our cloud-based services remain secure, available, secure, scalable, and reliable. This is a hands-on role that combines cloud operations, production support, incident management, troubleshooting, monitoring, observability, automation, and continuous improvement.
You will work closely with Engineering, Platform, and Support teams to strengthen operational excellence, improve service reliability, and drive automation initiatives that reduce manual effort and enhance overall system performance.
You'll make a difference by:
• Bringing hands-on experience in managing and supporting production environments with a strong focus on availability,
reliability, and operational excellence.
• Demonstrating expertise in AWS cloud services and cloud infrastructure operations.
• Participating in incident response, troubleshooting production issues, and driving effective root cause analysis.
• Leveraging logs, metrics, traces, and observability tools to identify, diagnose, and resolve production challenges.
• Maintaining and improving monitoring, alerting, logging, and observability capabilities across services.
• Developing meaningful dashboards, alerts, runbooks, and operational documentation to improve visibility and supportability.
• Collaborating with engineering and platform teams to ensure services are operationally ready before deployment to production.
• Automating repetitive operational activities and reducing manual interventions through innovative solutions.
