Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Speech-Language Pathologist based at Bambino Therapy’s center in Timber Yard Layout. The Speech-Language Pathologist will provide assessment and intervention for children with diverse communication needs, including those who use GLP and AAC.
Daily responsibilities include conducting evaluations, developing individualized, play-based treatment plans, delivering therapy sessions, and documenting progress in a clear and timely manner. The role involves collaborating closely with families and caregivers, coaching them on communication strategies, and coordinating with other professionals as needed. The Speech-Language Pathologist will also contribute to ongoing program development, participate in team meetings and case discussions, and stay current with child-led and neurodiversity-affirming practices.
Qualifications
• Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Speech-Language Pathology and appropriate national or local licensure/registration to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Experience in pediatric speech and language assessment and intervention, including working with neurodivergent children and children with complex communication needs.
