Role Description The Human Resources Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The role involves managing day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, documentation, and HR compliance activities.



The Human Resources Executive will support employee relations by addressing queries, coordinating performance reviews, and facilitating engagement initiatives. They will assist in developing, implementing, and updating HR policies and procedures, while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and local regulations.
