Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bareilly for a Business Development Executive (Lead Generation + Conversion). The role involves identifying and qualifying potential Amazon sellers, generating leads through online and offline channels, and managing the sales pipeline from initial contact to successful onboarding. The Business Development Executive will conduct outreach, present RSEGLOBAL’s service offerings, follow up with prospects, and convert qualified leads into active clients.



The position includes maintaining relationships with existing accounts, gathering market insights, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding, and preparing basic reports on lead status and conversions.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify opportunities and build a consistent pipeline of prospective clients.
• Solid understanding of Business principles and commercial awareness, especially in e-commerce and Amazon marketplace operations.
• Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident client-facing interactions.
• Account Management abilities to nurture client relationships, address queries, and support ongoing engagement and retention.
• Prior experience in sales, business development, or e-commerce services is preferred.
