Business Development Manager – Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh

Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh

Experience: 3+ years in Agriculture / Fertilizer / Agri-input / Rural Business Development

Qualification: MBA/PGDM in Agribusiness Management, M.Sc. Agricultural Economics, or relevant qualification

Identify and develop new business opportunities across the agriculture sector.

Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, FPOs, cooperatives and institutional partners.

Drive product adoption, sales and market expansion across Madhya Pradesh.

Develop B2B, institutional, corporate and government partnerships.

Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.

Conduct market research, competitor analysis and pricing assessment.

Identify new markets, customers and potential channel partners.





Organize and participate in farmer meetings, product demonstrations, exhibitions and field activities.

Provide regular market feedback and business development reports to the management.

Strong communication, negotiation, networking and relationship-management skills required.

Candidate should be target-oriented, self-driven and willing to travel extensively across Madhya Pradesh.

Preferred: Existing network among FPOs, dealers, distributors, agri-input companies and government/institutional stakeholders.
