Company Description Siddha Group is an engineering and manufacturing group based in Kolhapur, Maharashtra, specializing in Ferrous Foundry Manufacturing and Precision Machining.
We manufacture Cast Iron (CI) and Spheroidal Graphite (SG) Iron castings and precision-machined components for OEMs and Tier-1 customers across automotive, commercial vehicles, agriculture, construction, hydraulics, pumps, motors, gearboxes, elevators and industrial applications.
Our infrastructure includes two machining facilities equipped with CNC Turning Centers, VMCs and VTLs, supported by an in-house CI & SG Iron foundry.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle new product development from drawing to production.
• Prepare process plans for CNC/VMC machining.
• Coordinate tool, fixture and gauge development.
• Study drawings and GD&T; requirements.
• Prepare APQP, PPAP and PFMEA documents.
• Conduct machining trials and improve cycle time and process cost.
• Coordinate with customers for technical discussions and approvals.
• Identify and solve development and machining issues.
• Ensure timely completion of recent product development and production launch.

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical or Production Engineering

Experience: 3–5 years in CNC/VMC machining and New Product Development
