We are looking for a dynamic, confident and target-oriented Relationship Manager to join our sales team at Kharadi, Pune.
Key Responsibilities
Handle leads and understand customers' property requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Explain residential and commercial property options based on customer requirements.
Conduct regular follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp and meetings.
Arrange and coordinate property site visits.
Present project details, pricing,



payment plans and investment opportunities.
Guide customers throughout the property buying process.
Negotiate with customers and assist in converting leads into bookings.
Coordinate with developers, channel partners and internal sales teams.
Maintain accurate lead and customer records in CRM.
Achieve monthly sales, site-visit and booking targets.
Develop referrals and generate repeat business opportunities.
Requirements
6 month 1 years of experience in Real Estate Sales / Relationship Management / Business Development preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing, negotiation and closing abilities.
Customer-focused and professional approach.
Ability to work with sales targets and deadlines.
Valuable knowledge of Pune's real estate market will be an advantage.
Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
Strong follow-up skills.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
