Role Description The Sales Associate role at Oliveboard is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. In this role, the Sales Associate will engage with prospective learners and their families, explain Oliveboard’s exam preparation offerings, and guide them to suitable courses and plans. The day-to-day responsibilities include responding to inbound inquiries, conducting outbound calls, following up on leads, and maintaining accurate records in the sales CRM.



The Sales Associate will collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to understand product features, communicate value propositions, and support enrollment targets. The role also involves meeting individual and team sales goals, providing feedback from learners to improve offerings, and ensuring a qualified, learner-centric experience at all times.
Qualifications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with prospective learners, understand their needs, and build trust.
• Sales and customer service skills, including lead follow-up, objection handling, and closing enrollments.
• Basic proficiency with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and online communication platforms.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and manage multiple leads simultaneously.
• Prior experience in inside sales, education sales, or edtech is preferred but not mandatory.
