Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Mumbai. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and building a strong pipeline in the weddings and events segment.



The Business Development Executive will manage client accounts, nurture relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and close deals. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, attending client meetings and industry events, preparing sales presentations, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or sales tracking tools. The role also requires working closely with operations and marketing teams to ensure smooth project handover and high-quality client service.
Qualifications
• New Business Development and Lead Generation skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and build a solid sales pipeline.
• Business and Account Management skills, including client relationship management and negotiation capabilities.
