About the Role
We're looking for a dedicated Business Development Executive to win IT services clients through freelance and bidding platforms. This is a full-time, single-focus role, not a shared or side responsibility.

What You'll Do
✅ Find and bid on high-value projects on Upwork, Guru, Freelancer and more
✅ Write standout proposals that get clients to respond
✅ Generate leads through LinkedIn, email outreach and referrals
✅ Take leads from first conversation to closed deal
✅ Work with our tech team on estimates and scope
✅ Track bids, responses and conversions

You're a Great Fit If You
⭐ Have 1-2 years of IT sales or bidding experience on Upwork, Guru and Freelancer
⭐ Have actually closed deals, not just generated leads




⭐ Know how to pick the right projects and price them smartly
⭐ Understand web, mobile and software development services
⭐ Write and speak excellent English
⭐ Are self-driven and comfortable with daily bidding targets
