Role Description The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for Canada, Australia, and Germany will lead Infinite NXT’s technology vision and execution across these regions while being based on-site in Tamil Nadu, India. This full-time role is responsible for defining and implementing technology strategies that support business growth, regulatory requirements,



and localized user experiences in international markets. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing IT architecture, managing software development and infrastructure teams, aligning technology roadmaps with business objectives, and ensuring system reliability, scalability, and security. The CTO will collaborate closely with executive leadership, product, operations, and compliance teams to drive digital innovation, optimize technology investments, and support data-driven decision-making. The role also involves mentoring technology teams, establishing best practices, and building partnerships with external vendors and stakeholders in global markets.
Qualifications
• Strong IT leadership background, including experience in Information Technology management and IT Strategy development.
• Proficiency in Project Management, with a track record of delivering complex technology initiatives on time and within budge
