THE ROLE
The Regional Sales Manager is a senior commercial leader who owns the sales strategy and business performance across a multi-state region. This role is responsible for leading a team of Area Sales Managers, driving sustainable revenue growth, and ensuring the brand's distribution and market share objectives are met across diverse geographies. The RSM is the key link between ground-level execution and zonal business strategy and is fully accountable for regional profitability and growth.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Develop and execute a comprehensive regional sales strategy aligned with zonal and national business goals
- Own and deliver regional revenue, volume, market share, and profitability targets
- Lead, review, and develop a team of Area Sales Managers — drive performance, capability, and accountability




- Allocate resources, trade schemes, and budgets across areas basis market potential and strategic priorities
- Manage key accounts and senior distributor relationships at the regional level
- Ensure regional profitability through disciplined cost management and efficient resource deployment
- Identify new geographies, channels, and business opportunities within the region and build structured growth plans
- Conduct regular business reviews with ASMs and analyse performance data and drive corrective actions
- Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and product teams to ensure seamless regional execution
- Report regional performance, market insights, and growth recommendations to the Zonal Sales Head
