What you’ll be doing
• Set up, launch and optimise campaigns on Meta and Google Ads.
• Own ad spend, ROAS/CPA targets and daily account performance, making decisions that improve results.
• Brief the creative team and refine ad creatives based on what’s working.
• Run regular creative tests, pause underperforming ads and scale winners.
• Keep tracking accurate across UTMs, pixels and Conversion API (CAPI).
• Prepare clear weekly and monthly performance reports for clients and leadership.
• Analyse audiences, competitors and market trends to identify opportunities.




• Work with internal teams to align campaigns with each brand’s business goals.

What we’re looking for
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience managing Meta and/or Google Ads, ideally for D2C brands or within an agency.
• Confidence managing budgets and working towards ROAS and CPA targets independently.
• Robust analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Ability to interpret platform reports and turn insights into practical actions.
• A sharp eye for creative and an understanding of why an ad performs.
• Someone who flags problems early and takes ownership of resolving them.
• Clear communication skills for working with teammates and presenting insights to clients.

Qualifications
• Hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and campaign optimisation.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, campaign dashboards and performance reporting.
• Understanding of how marketing activities contribute
