About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, hands-on marketing qualified to plan and execute marketing activities across Fountain Sizzlers, Hammer & Song, Flamboyante, and Eat Right Chef. The role combines brand marketing, digital campaigns, content creation, partnerships, events, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities




• Develop and execute brand-specific marketing plans and activity calendars.
• Prepare quarterly marketing budgets, track spending, and evaluate campaign performance.
• Coordinate with content creators and organise photography and video shoots.
• Work with the performance marketing agency and manage in-house paid advertising campaigns.
• Coordinate with PR agencies and build collaborations with relevant influencers.
• Develop brand partnerships, promotional tie-ups, and cross-marketing opportunities.
• Manage CRM and loyalty programmes, including WhatsApp and email campaigns.
• Manage relationships with vendors, aggregators, and other external stakeholders.
• Brief designers and coordinate the production of artwork, menus, and brand collateral.
• Conduct staff briefings to ensure restaurant teams understand upcoming campaigns, promotions, and events.
