Industry: Commercial Design and Build, Real Estate, Co-working Spaces
Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead Generation: ▪ Identify potential clients in the commercial design and build, real estate, and co-working sectors.
▪ Develop and implement strategies to generate leads through various channels, including online research, industry events, and networking.
2. Revenue Generations: ▪ Collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to identify, develop, and convert potential project opportunities.
▪ Drive business development initiatives and contribute towards achieving annual revenue and project acquisition targets.
▪ Manage client relationships, coordinate cross-functional teams, and support opportunities from initial engagement through successful conversion.
3. Market Analysis: ▪ Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends. ▪Monitor and Analyze market trends, competitors and industry benchmarks to develop competitive strategies.




▪ Stay updated with industry developments and recommend strategies to respond effectively.
4. Collaboration: ▪ Work closely with the Senior Business Development Mangers to ensure seamless client onboarding.
▪ Provide feedback and insights from client interactions to improve service offerings and business strategies.
5. Reporting: ▪ Maintain accurate records of lead generation activities, client interactions, business development activities and forecasts.
▪ Prepare regular reports on lead generation performance and progress towards targets.
Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Min 3 years of proven experience in a pre-sales or business development role, preferably in the commercial design and build, real estate, or co-working sectors.
• Solid understanding of the commercial real estate and design industry.
