Role Description The Information Technology System Administrator is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The role involves managing and maintaining servers, workstations,



and core IT infrastructure, including installation, configuration, monitoring, patching, and backup management. The System Administrator will oversee user account management, access control, and system security, while ensuring compliance with organizational standards and policies. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing technical support to internal stakeholders, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues, and coordinating with vendors and service providers as needed. The role also includes documentation of IT procedures, continuous improvement of system performance, and proactive identification of risks to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
