Manager – Franchise Acquisition & Business Development

Location: Delhi & Mumbai
Industry: Jewellery retail experience is mandatory.

Travel: Extensive travel required
Qualification: Graduate; MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing or Business Development will be an added advantage.
7+ Years Experience in Business Development, Franchise Development, Retail Expansion or similar roles.

Key Responsibilities
• Drive franchise acquisition and retail expansion across Delhi/NCR and identified markets.
• Identify and develop potential franchise partners through industry networks, references and market research.
• Leverage existing jewellery retail contacts and network to generate quality franchise leads.
• Build and maintain a strong franchise pipeline and prospect database.
• Independently manage the complete process from lead generation,



meetings and presentations to negotiation and closure.
• Conduct market visits and meet prospective franchise partners.
• Negotiate commercial terms and drive opportunities towards closure.
• Coordinate internally for feasibility, approvals, documentation and store launch.
• Identify current markets and potential locations for franchise expansion.
• Track leads, pipeline, conversions, closures and revenue against targets.
• Take complete ownership of assigned targets and ensure timely closure and onboarding.
• Travel extensively across cities for franchise meetings and market development.
