Role Description
We are seeking a seasoned and results-driven Deputy General Manager (DGM) – Finance & Accounts with extensive experience in the Real Estate sector to manage and drive the Finance & Accounts function across the organization and its ongoing real estate projects.
The role will oversee finance and accounting operations, including financial reporting, taxation, statutory compliance, audits, project accounting, RERA compliance,



cash flow management, collections, vendor payments, and MIS. The incumbent will ensure accurate and timely financial reporting while maintaining strong controls and compliance standards.
The DGM will lead the Finance team, drive operational efficiency, strengthen internal controls, and support risk management across projects and business functions. The role will also act as a key liaison between management, project teams, auditors, consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities, ensuring smooth financial operations and alignment with organizational objectives.

Qualifications & Experience
• CA with 10–14 years of post-qualification experience, as specified in the JD.
• Preferably 6–8 years of relevant experience with an established real estate/developer group, with meaningful exposure to real estate finance and project accounting.
