We are looking for a Technical Project Manager with a strong Java development background and proven experience in managing end-to-end software projects.
Key Requirements:
• Robust hands-on background in Java development, preferably Spring Boot/Microservices.
• Experience managing software development projects from planning to delivery.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in project planning, stakeholder management, risk management, and delivery tracking.
• Ability to work closely with developers, architects, clients, and business stakeholders.
• Strong technical understanding with good communication and leadership skills.
Ideal Profile: A Java Technical Lead/Developer who has transitioned into Project Management or a Technical Project Manager with strong Java expertise.
