Position: Pro Vice Chancellor – CAS
Department: Career Advancement Services (CAS), Chitkara University
Location: Chitkara University, Punjab
Chitkara University is seeking an experienced industry professional to lead and strengthen industry engagement and placement initiatives for the CAS department.
Key Responsibilities
• Liaison and maintain robust relationships with CXOs, COOs and senior industry leaders visiting the University.
• Pre-briefing and Pre-preparation with industry leaders to ensure seamless guest interactions.
• Conduct regular meetings with industry leaders to understand talent requirements and align student capabilities accordingly.
• Facilitate and coordinate interactions between senior industry guests and University leadership.




• Host and participate in business meetings and networking events with senior executives.
• Support and strengthen the University's industry connect through effective on-campus engagement and hospitality.

Preferred Profile:
• Senior professional from the Hotel/Hospitality Industry, preferably 4/5-star hotels.
• Experience at General Manager (GM) or senior leadership level.
• Excellent communication, relationship management and liaisoning skills.
