Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time,



remote role responsible for driving revenue growth and strategic partnerships for Fuzia Talent. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying recent business opportunities, managing a pipeline of prospective clients, and conducting discovery calls to understand founder and small business needs. The role involves collaborating with marketing and operations teams to create tailored growth execution proposals, presenting solutions, and negotiating contracts to close deals. The Business Development Manager will nurture long-term client relationships, track performance against sales targets, and provide feedback to improve offerings and positioning. This role requires proactive outreach, accurate reporting in CRM systems, and ongoing market research to refine outreach strategies and identify new segments.
