We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager – Field Sales to lead and manage the field sales team, drive revenue growth, acquire new customers, and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in team handling, field sales, lead conversion, customer meetings, negotiations, and target achievement.
Key Responsibilities• Lead, manage, and motivate the field sales team to achieve assigned targets.
• Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
• Plan daily field activities, customer visits, meetings, and follow-ups for the team.
• Generate new business opportunities through field visits, referrals, channel partners, and other sources.
• Monitor the complete sales funnel from lead generation to conversion and closure.
• Track individual team performance and take corrective actions wherever required.
• Conduct regular field visits with team members and support them in customer meetings and closures.
• Handle key customers, negotiations, commercial discussions, and deal closures.




• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, vendors, and channel partners.
• Identify new markets, territories, and business opportunities.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with Operations, Projects, Finance, and other internal teams for smooth order execution.
• Ensure timely updating of leads, activities, follow-ups, and closures in the CRM/MIS.
• Prepare and share regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates with management.
• Ensure the team follows company sales processes, policies, and reporting standards.
