WE’RE HIRING: Assistant Content Manager
Location: Andheri, Mumbai
Work Mode: On-site (5 days a week)

What you’ll do:
• Develop engaging content across social media, digital platforms, websites and brand communication
• Create content including articles, blogs, social media copies, newsletters, website content, reel scripts and campaign-led communication
• Work closely with PR, account and creative teams to understand briefs and translate them into strong content ideas
• Research brands, audiences, competitors, trends and relevant conversations to develop fresh content
• Support content strategy, ideation and execution across multiple accounts
• Maintain consistency in brand tone, messaging and storytelling across different platforms
• Edit and proofread content to ensure quality, accuracy and clarity
• Work with graphic designers, video editors and creative teams to take content from ideation to execution
• Stay updated with social media trends, pop culture and emerging content formats
• Manage multiple content requirements and deadlines while maintaining quality





What we’re looking for:
• 3-5 years of experience in content writing, content marketing, digital content or a similar role
• Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills with a strong command of English
• Ability to adapt writing styles and tone across different brands and audiences
• Strong research and storytelling skills with the ability to turn ideas into engaging content
• Positive understanding of social media platforms and current content trends
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and managing tight deadlines
• Creative thinker who can bring fresh ideas and perspectives to the table
• Highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented mindset
• Strong understanding of content strategy and digital communication will be an advantage
• Candidates who can join immediately or within 15 to 30 days will have an edge
