Role Description The Environment Health and Safety (EHS) Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Sandila. The person in this position will develop, implement, and monitor EHS policies, procedures, and standards to ensure regulatory compliance and a safe working setting across plant operations.



Daily responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, leading incident and accident investigations, overseeing corrective and preventive actions, and coordinating occupational health initiatives. The role also involves delivering EHS training programs, supporting audits and inspections, maintaining accurate documentation and reports, and collaborating closely with production, maintenance, and HR teams to embed safety culture. The EHS Manager will continuously identify improvement opportunities to enhance environmental performance, reduce hazards, and promote safe behaviors at all levels of the organization.
Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Environment Health and Safety (EHS) principles and regulations, including Environment Health and Safety (EHS) and Health & Safety.
• Experience in Occupational Health programs, including risk assessment, workplace exposure control, and health surveillance.
• Proficiency in Acciden
